Alley Burger now open in the East Village

Dec 19 2017, 10:49 am

One of Calgary’s most sought-after burger spots has spawned a stationary location in the East Village. Alley Burger, which began its life as a much-beloved food truck, has officially opened at the Simmons Building.

The team behind Alley Burger, who also own and operate Charcut, have given up their wheels for a brick and mortar locale, flipping and selling burgers from a pop-up window at the historic Simmons Building.

Still operating a grab-and-go system, patrons are able to order the Original Alley Burger ($6), among other eats. With burgers comprised of local natural pork and roasted garlic sausage patties, Quebec cheese curds and piri piri aioli, it’s no wonder why Calgarians are excited to see Alley Burger back in operation.

If patrons don’t feel like waiting in line to snag a burger, they can always call ahead, as Alley Burger is now offering pre-order and pick-up seven days a week.
