9 Calgary-based virtual fitness classes to work up a sweat

Jan 27 2021, 9:31 pm

With fitness centres closed, Albertans are once again thrown into the world of home workouts.

It can be difficult to motivate yourself at home without the motivation of the group, or the lack of equipment. For many, it isn’t that they don’t feel like working out, they just don’t know where to start at home.

Calgarians have access to so many of their favourite fitness classes that now offer their help and expertise for people to join in on at home. These online sessions have become a great way to connect with others, receive instruction, and get a much-needed sweat on.

Here are nine virtual fitness classes from Calgary based fitness centres, gyms, and studios to check out for whatever type of workout you’re looking for.
