Stephen Avenue Summer Stage Entertainment

Stop by on your lunch hour, or look for it evenings and weekends through the summer to enjoy free live entertainment. Today’s performance features the Calgary Fiddlers.

Sparks ‘n’ Spurs

Decorate a Sheriff badge, get your photo taken in the photo booth and hang out with farm animals. Plus, there’ll be food trucks and entertainment. Sparks ’n’ Spurs is your chance to explore the outdoor park while getting in the western spirit.

Western Showcase Stir’up

35 annual Calgary stampede art auction will be held at this year’s Western Showcase Stir’up. The Showcase is recognized as one of the major destination areas of the Stampede and has nearly 200 volunteers showcasing our Western Heritage and Values.

Legends of Rock N Roll

Reuniting four of the absolute greatest legends who not only defined, but helped invent and re-invent Rock ‘n’ Roll throughout the 1950s, ‘60s and ‘70s: Buddy Holly, Tom Jones, Neil Diamond, and Elvis Presley.

Wordfest Presents Susan Casey: Voices in the Ocean

Inspired by her experience swimming with wild dolphins off the coast of Maui, Susan Casey set out on a quest to learn everything she could about these creatures. She will present her new book, Voices in the Ocean, followed by an audience Q&A and book signing.
