Calgary Fringe Festival

  • What: Fringes are uncensored, non-juried shows, there are roughly 26 productions creating more than 160 performances over the 9 days. There are a wide variety of shows including imrov, dance, theater, film, and more.

Historic Walks presented by Calgary Ghost Tours

  • What: Walk along the towers of Downtown Calgary and explore the Ghostly Haunts of the different buildings.

 Chasing Summer Music Festival 2015

  • What: This 2 day festival features some of the world’s best talents in electronic music.

Hillhurst Sunnyside Community Association Saturday Farmers’ Market Launch

  • What: These markets will be every Wednesday rain or shine from 3p.m. to 7p.m. from the end of May to October. They strive for quality food and goods that are produced from local farmers, food creators and artisans.

Chinatown Street Festival

  • what: Come to celebrate Calgary’s diversity and to enjoy the best of what China town has to offer. The festival will have shopping, culture, and food.

Kids Grow

  • What: Kids Grow is a collaborative, community based program run by volunteers. Kids Grow is geared towards getting kids aged 5-6 involved with community gardening. This is done through a workshop, that has crafts, games and activities.

Calgary Arab Festaval

  • What: Returning for its 2nd year the Calgary Arab Festival is a cultural celebration that promotes, shares and celebrates diversity. Come to see Arabic live music, food and shopping and look at beautiful traditional attire.

Latin Quickie Night

  • What: Learn how to dance Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, and Cha Cha Cha fast.

Night Race
