Becoming a high-level athlete is extremely difficult. Lucky for us, living vicariously through one isn’t difficult at all.

Here are 10 Calgary-based athletes you need to follow on Instagram:

1. Kaillie Humphries (Bobsledding)

From the looks of her Instagram, Kaillie Humphries could be more than just an Olympic bobsledder. The Calgary native has nearly 900 posts showcasing her athletic abilities as well as her personal life.
