A renowned bartender and cocktail creator, Justin Taylor has been a fixture in the industry in both Toronto and Vancouver for the better part of two decades. As General Manager at The Cascade Room, Justin continues to stir up the Vancouver bartending scene with a heady mix of knowledge, panache, wit and hospitality.
Justin spent 7 years at Yew Seafood and Bar, located at the Four Seasons Hotel and 2 years at Boulevard at the Sutton Place Hotel. There he won some very prestigious cocktail events that saw him represent his country overseas and land his very own Proprietary Bitters from local bitters producer Bittered Sling, called Gunpowder.
