The Journey to Become a Dentist

Interested in dentistry? Curious about studying in Australia and returning home to Canada to practice? Join OzTREKK as we host Tyler Nguyen, a recent graduate from the University of Sydney Doctor of Dental Medicine program who will be sharing his experiences, tips, and tricks of successfully navigating dental school and beyond. 

Throughout Tyler's time at Sydney, he has taken a leadership role as an International Representative with the Sydney University Dental Association (SUDA) and has shared all his experiences through his account, @dmd.toothpics. Also an alumni of the University of Alberta and co-founder of the UofA Pre-Dental Society, Tyler continues to support incoming and ongoing dental students and loves to offer his knowledge and experience to help others follow their dreams to become a dentist. Tyler will be returning to Canada shortly to start his career as a dentist!
