2021 Vancouver Asian Film Festival

Vancouver Asian Film Festival (VAFF) is celebrating its 25th anniversary from November 4 to 14, with the biggest VAFF festival held to date, commemorating this milestone year.

For the first time ever, VAFF is going to be a hybrid affair with both in-person and virtual shows. The extended festival kicks off with 4 days of  VAFF In-Theatre events (November 4-7), followed by 6 days of VAFF On-Demand programs (November 8-13), before one final live program and the festival’s closing awards ceremony on November 14.

The eleven-day celebration will highlight an array of unique and outstanding talent, with both emerging and established Asian Canadian and Asian American writers, producers, and directors showcasing their latest work.
