Description
The Ultimate Community Showdown is back in Metro Vancouver — and it’s free.
The Joint Forces Jamboree is bringing youth and first responders together in Maple Ridge for a full day of ball hockey, mentorship, and community connection.
Watch police officers, firefighters, and paramedics team up with young players in a one-of-a-kind jabmoree designed to build relationships, break down barriers, and strengthen trust — on and off the floor.
Created in honour of Constable Rick O’Brien, this powerful community event carries forward his legacy of connection, leadership, and showing up for youth.
Off the rink, families can enjoy a full lineup of free, family-friendly activities, including:
🚓 First Responder Zone
🎉 Kids Zone with inflatables and games
🤝 Community booths
🌮 Food trucks, prizes, music & more
Whether you’re playing or just coming to take it all in, this is one of the most unique free family events in Metro Vancouver this spring.
