Fixins Mac n’ Chicken pop-up launches in Vancouver
Fixins Mac n’ Chicken, Vancouver’s new ghost kitchen concept, is officially up and running.
The new pop-up from the folks at Tap & Barrel and BREWHALL just launched with a menu of comfort eats available exclusively for delivery around Vancouver.

This fresh concept offers eight varieties of mac n’ cheese, including the “Fun Guy” made with roasted mushrooms, truffle oil, and chives, and the “Fully Loaded,” a combo of BBQ chicken, bacon, banana peppers, BBQ sauce, and green onions to name a few.
Folks can also add more toppings like extra cheese, veggies, proteins, and fixings to any of these creations at an additional cost.

Aside from the mac n’ cheese, this pop-up offers a selection of fried chicken dishes.
Customers can opt for a full chicken dinner served with chicken thighs, hot honey, parm ranch, slaw, and pickles, or they can get chicken wings, a fried chicken sandwich, or biscuits and gravy, which consists of three house-baked buttermilk biscuits, chicken gravy, and honey butter.

In case those mains aren’t filling enough, fixings like fries, slaw, a kale caesar salad, and pickles can be added to your order in addition to desserts like a deep dish skillet cookie.
