Cannabis and good food simply go hand in hand, so the fact that someone is marrying the two in Vancouver just before 420, the holiest of holy stoner days, is totally rad.

Travis Petersen (The Nomad Cook) and Chef Evan Elman (Dinner In The Sky) are putting on a THC-Infused Fine Dining Series which aims the celebrate 420 with a two-day pop-up restaurant the weekend of the big day, April 20 to 22.

Guests can expect a chef’s menu of THC-infused Pacific Northwest dishes. This collaboration for the 420 weekend will offer six separate seatings per day, and there are 10 spots per seating.

Tickets for both the three-course brunch service ($70) and the six-course lunch and dinner service ($120) are currently up for grabs. Attendees will also receive a goodie bag from the pop-up’s sponsors.

The brunch selections will feature mimosas, juice, coffee, and the three-course chef’s menu. Lunch and dinner service boasts a glass of welcome bubbles upon arrival and dishes such as bay scallops, espresso rubbed duck breast, and seared lamb to name a few.

While the location of the restaurant where the 420-weekend pop-up is not out in the open just yet, ticketholders will become privy to this info before the day of their scheduled THC-infused feast.
