The LCBO has changed its store hours following the announcement of the province-wide Stay-at-Home order.

In an email to Daily Hive, the LCBO confirmed that all of its locations across Ontario are set to close by 8 pm as of April 8. Stores will continue to operate at only 25% capacity.

In March, the LCBO began opening its locations on Mondays again, almost a year after announcing that they would remain closed Mondays in response to the first state of emergency.

Though pandemic-related measures continued to change throughout the last few months, the LCBO committed to remaining closed on Mondays and reducing hours Tuesdays to Sundays, operating from 11 am to 6 pm.

The liquor board also reduced its in-store shopping capacities to 25% due to the provincial lockdown. Customer returns are also be paused throughout the shutdown.

“We continue to restrict capacity and hours in accordance with public health guidance across the province.”
