Two more international flights to Toronto identified with confirmed coronavirus cases

The Canadian government has identified two more Toronto-bound international flights with positive COVID-19 cases.

According to the government flight log, Air Canada flight AC849 from London to Toronto had a confirmed COVID-19 case on August 26; however, affected rows are unknown.

That same day, Air Canada flight AC 847 from Munich to Toronto also had a confirmed case, with affected rows identified as 25 to 31.

“If you have recently returned to Canada, you must quarantine for 14 days from the date you arrived in Canada. This is mandatory, whether or not you have symptoms,” the government’s website reads.
