Have you ever said something you immediately wished you hadn't? Or felt a low-grade stress at the end of the day that you couldn't quite name?
Yoga for the Mind is a 90-minute community workshop by My Fyrst — a Calgary-based daily emotional self-awareness program — that helps you understand what you're actually feeling and why, so you can respond to life with intention rather than react from habit.
No mats, no movement, and no pressure to share anything personal. Think of it the way you think about yoga — a simple, practical tool that builds something real over time. Except this one is for your mind.
During the workshop, you'll move through two to three short guided activities that are personal, hands-on, and genuinely illuminating. You'll explore a colour-mapping tool for emotions, discover your own emotional patterns, and leave with materials to begin a simple daily practice at home — including nine days of guided activities to experience the My Fyrst™ method.
Coffee is on us. Group size is intentionally kept small to create a calm, private atmosphere. No prior experience required.
Registration is $25 — fully credited toward a My Fyrst membership if you choose to continue. Essentially, the workshop pays for itself.
