This highly-anticipated Vancouver steakhouse FINALLY opens today
It feels like it’s been forever since the Milestones Bar & Grill at 1109 Hamilton Street closed its doors, and we’ve been dying to see the inside of the highly-anticipated new steakhouse that was slated to replace it.
Elisa is FINALLY opening its doors today, November 5, at 4:30 pm, and we can tell you that if you’re a steak person, you’re going to want to live here.

The new Toptable Group steakhouse was been under construction for several months. Now it’s finally ready for the public to step in and chow down on some flame-grilled premium cuts and seafood and sip on a selection from their outstanding (and massive) wine collection.
The 6,800-sq-ft space in Yaletown has seats for 214 and bar seats for 14 along with an additional lounge, and a patio that can accommodate approximately 34 seated guests.

Culinary highlights to look forward to include a tartare/charcuterie bar (think beef, bison, Yellowfin tuna and vegetables to name a few) and the bar program will boast artisanal cocktails and an extensive collection of premium whiskeys, Agave spirits and Amari.
Some of the all-star team here will include Ricardo Ferreira as the Restaurant Director and Executive Chef Andrew Richardson leading the culinary team which includes Sous Chef Yvan Burkhalter (CinCin), and Alex Hon (West) and Rosalynn Vu from San Francisco’s Slanted Door.
The Wine Director will be Franco Michienzi (Hawksworth), the Bar Manager will be Katie Ingram (L’Abattoir) and the Service Managers will be Benjamin Wristen and Clair Hettich.
