Popular Italian eatery opens second location in Metro Vancouver tonight

Sopra Sotto opened its East Vancouver location in March 2018, and the Italian eatery is already ready to unveil its second location in Metro Vancouver.

Starting today, November 1, at 4 pm patrons can head to the 4022 Hastings Avenue spot in Burnaby and enjoy authentic wood-fired pizzas and handmade pasta.

Located right down the street from notable eateries like Glenburn Soda Factory and Anton’s Pasta Bar, Sopra is sure to be a popular spot on the bustling Burnaby strip.

The Sopra Sotto team told Daily Hive they will open today with some new additions to their menu, including appetizers like a panzerotti trio and calamari.
