Make it a noodle bar New Year’s Eve at Momofuku. They’ll be offering their Caviar and Fried Chicken meal, which includes two chickens fried whole, carved, and paired with your choice from a selection of caviar and fish roe. The meal is served with chive crepes, white miso cured cream cheese, ramen-seasoned shoestring potato chips, cucumbers, and scallions.
