Free Community Yoga at Sony Centre

It’s back! The Centre offers free yoga on Tuesdays and Thursdays at noon. No experience is required, but bring your own mat and water. Registration is usually available online ahead of the class.

Free Barre Fitness

Barre is all the rage these days. Barre Fitness classes are a blend of pilates, dance, cardio and core strength training. Reshape your body into that of a dancer’s, with an emphasis on posture and alignment. Work up a sweat in a high energy and fun class set to music! Make sure you bring your mat and water. Registration is now available, and the class is also at the Sony Centre!

Girly Book Club Live

The first Girly Book Club LIVE event in Toronto! Wine, canapes and an all-star panel of memorable authors will take the stage including Lawrence Hill (The Ilegal and The Book of Negroes), Nadia Hashimi (When the Moon is Low and A House Without Windows) and Lynne Kutsukake (The Translation of Love).
