Highly-anticipated Lebanese chain Zaatar W Zeit set to open Spring 2018
When we first heard about Lebanese mega-chain Zaatar W Zeit opening in Vancouver we were pumped.
Now that the signage is up on the 535 Granville Street space, we are really getting excited.
This will be the first Canadian location for the eatery, which will offer its signature traditional Lebanese manousheh eats (brick-walled eatery specializing in savoury and sweet Lebanese flatbreads), in a modern atmosphere that’s convenient for the younger generation of hungry patrons.

The eatery was set to open late 2017 or early 2018, has now pushed its opening to spring 2018 due to permit processes.
Zaatar W Zeit was founded in Lebanon in 1999 and has since opened up in many countries around the globe including locations in Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Jordan.
Looks like we’ll have to wait a little longer to get this highly-anticipated taste of the Middle East in the heart of Vancouver.
