If you’re up for a gastronomic experience like no other, the Always Sakura Set Tasting Menu is available from now until April 8. The spread includes beverages that represent company’s seasonal spring teas including Sakura! Sakura! Tea and an iced Green Beauty Tea.
The creations included on this menu incorporate the Sakura! Sakura! Tea in interesting ways.
To start, there’s a Lobster and White Asparagus soup made with sweet potato curry and topped with a rice cracker. Served in a tea cup, of course, this dish is paired with hot Sakura! Sakura! Tea.
For the main, TWG Tea serves a Duck Breast dressed with a sour cherry jus, along with a Cod Brandade with romanesco carpaccio and Sakura! Sakura! infused poached kanpachi. This dish is plated like a masterpiece, and it lies on a bed of lychee coconut lime chilli vinaigrette and a miso carrot purée.
To finish TWG Tea serves a Chocolate Cherry mousse cake served with a scoop of Sakura! Sakura! Tea sorbet.
