TD customers are not receiving money right now due to undisclosed bank problem
Multiple customers of TD Canada Trust have been dealing with issues receiving and sending their money.
TD has explained that they’re experiencing a delay and are quickly working to resolve the issues. They’ve also reportedly engaged their technology partners, suggesting that the issue is technology-based.

Customers are citing issues with direct deposit and electronic transfers.

In the meantime, customers are advised to access EasyWeb to ensure that they’ve received any incoming payments.
Update: TD Canada has shared that direct deposits are now in the process of being completed; customers of the bank are advised to check their account over the next several hours.

The company still has yet to give an explanation of the issue as well as how many customers were affected and in what provinces.
Update: Recent tweets from TD Canada’s Twitter account suggest that the issue has completely been resolved, more and more customers are slowly receiving their money.
