A huge outdoor spring carnival is coming to West Vancouver this month

Can’t seem to wait for Playland to open again? Perhaps you’re a North Shore guy or gal and have been green with envy about the outdoor carnivals popping up in other spots in the city? Maybe you’re looking for something to do with friends, but the Shipyards Night Market doesn’t return for another month.

You might be in luck.

Just in time for some double-digit temperatures in the city, an outdoor spring carnival will be coming to West Vancouver.

West Coast Amusements, the largest Canadian midway operation in Western Canada will be making a stop at the Ambleside Park in West Vancouver, BC.

They’ll be setting up shop with a massive selection of rides, games, and traditional carnival eats. And no, it’s never too early in the day to have a cotton candy.

The outdoor carnival will be open from April 26 to 29, with hours of operation varying by date and weather.

Single tickets are available for $1.25, and books of 20 and 40 tickets are available for $23 and $45 respectively. The most economical deal, however, are daily wristbands which can be purchased for $40.
