Considering its been on of the coldest winters Vancouver’s seen in decades, it’s pretty convenient that Crab Park Chowdery opened in January, just in time to fuel us through the cold months with delicious home cooked chowder and soups.

But now that the weather is warming up (finally), this Gastown eatery has made some additions to their menu that are perfect for summer. These items include a seasonal soups like Gazpacho and Borscht, and the mother of all sandwiches.

Behold, the Lobster Salad Sandwich.

The Lobster Salad Sandwich is served with Hardbite sea salt and vinegar chips and customers can also opt to add Crab Park’s “Magic Sauce” (a housemade aioli) to really spice things up.

This morsel is $19.50, a dish well worth the price if you ask us.
