Happy Hours: New $5 drinks and bites at Homer St. Cafe and Bar

We’re sipping our way through Vancouver’s happy hours one drink at a time. Happy Hour is an important time in everyone’s life – or at least, it should be.

Homer St. Cafe and Bar has launched an all-new expanded happy hour, one with drool-worthy food and drink specials.

Patrons can head to the Yaletown eatery Monday to Friday between 2:30 and 5:30 pm, or daily from 9:30 pm to close to enjoy snacks ranging from $5-$12, drinks that are only $5-$6 each, and even some desserts on special too.

There will be a feature beer and cocktail of the moment chosen by beverage director JS Dupuis on special daily, along with these bevys:

  • $5 highballs
  • $6 bubbles
  • $6 house wines 
  • $5 Wishbone Lager

For eats you can opt for marinated olives and pickles, and fried chickpea dip and crisps for $5; crispy fish balls, fried rotisserie chicken wings and drumsticks, crispy potato with mozzarella and jalapeno cheese sauce for $7; and dishes like maple butter pork belly, the fried chicken dip sandwich, and the housemade burger for just a few dollars more. 

When it comes to desserts, Homer St.’s got happy hour chewy peanut butter cookies with Nutella cream along with chocolate pudding for $6.
