On October 20, the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts (PICA) will be hosting a multi-course dinner inspired by the film and the foods of Singapore.
After a welcome cocktail, a Singapore Sling, the glamorous menu will be served family-style at long tables of 8 to 10 people.
Dishes include five appetizers dishes, seven main course dishes, and five dessert dishes, each showcasing the diversity of South-East Asian cuisine and regional flavours.
Expect eats like chicken and beef satay with peanut sauce, crispy fried wontons and rojak, a traditional fruit salad, beef rendang with coconut rice, and seafood mee goreng fried noodles to name a few.
