Toronto is getting a new summer festival centred around wine, cider, and beer
Get wild this summer in Toronto at the debut of theĀ Wild Things Fest happening at Propeller Coffee Co. in June.
Billed as a chance to sip and sample ālow-intervention wines, funky brews and hazy ciders made with indigenous or wild yeasts,ā this festival is all about wild-fermented one-offs offered by craft breweries, cideries and biodynamic wineries.
The wine list curated byĀ The Living Vine Inc.Ā showcases labels from across the world:

- Eric Texier, Chat Fou, Rhone, France
- La StoppaĀ Trebbiolo, Emilia, Italy
- Southbrook VineyardsĀ Orange Wine, Niagara, Ontario

- Meinklang Farm, Gruner Veltliner, Austria
- AmpeleiaĀ Uniltro, Tuscany, Italy
