The weather over the next 72 hours in Toronto is going to be wild

The first week of October might be off to a cold and wet start, but thanks to a late-week warming pattern it’s going to quickly heat up in Toronto.

According to The Weather Network, we’re going to see very mixed temperatures over the next 72 hours as we head into the long weekend in addition to some much-needed sunny periods.

On Thursday, the temperature is going to double from Wednesday’s chilly 12°C up to 28°C with the humidex, which is definitely patio weather.

But by Friday, Mother Nature is going to switch things up again and it’s going to feel more like 10°C in Toronto. Ouch.

However, as we head into the long weekend the temperature is going to jump yet again, and it’s going to feel like a balmy 30°C on Saturday.

Overall this is a weather forecast we can get behind considering parts of Calgary are currently blanketed in over 10 cm of snow.
