There are people literally skating on the streets near Toronto (VIDEO)

While you’re sitting in Toronto enjoying record breaking mild temperatures, people in Peterborough (just an hour and a half away) are literally skating on the streets.

Thanks to a downpour of freezing rain last night, the city’s streets are currently covered in ice. Let us repeat, not simply icy, they are covered in ice.
