Jollibee opens its first Toronto location this weekend!
Forget spending Easter Sunday hunting for chocolate eggs – its finally time to hunt down buckets of Jolly Crispy Chicken instead. Filipino fast-food giant Jollibee opens its first Toronto location on Sunday, April 1 and the new Scarborough restaurant celebrates its grand opening with giveaways and the chance to finally stuff your face with sweet spaghetti, fried chicken, and Palabok Fiesta!
Doors open at 7 am. Line-ups are practically guaranteed.
“We can’t wait to open our doors to the amazing people of Toronto,” said Jose Miñana, Jollibee Foods Corporation’s (JFC) Group President for North America in a news release. “For us, nothing brings greater joy than to bring people together over great tasting food and happy moments. We are excited to bring to Scarborough the popular dishes that many now enjoy in different parts of the world.”
While the location in Scarborough will be a first for Toronto, it won’t be the last.
As previously reported, a location slated to open inside the Seafood City Supermarket at the Heartland Town Centre in Mississauga is also in the works.
