Au Pied de Cochon pops up in Toronto for two days only this December

Bonafide Quebecois tourtières are returning to Toronto this holiday season!

Acclaimed Montreal restaurant Au Pied de Cochon is about to launch its holiday menu and will be accepting pre-orders as of November 15 for pick-up in Toronto over two days in December.

The traditional meat pies boast buttery pastry filled with a mix of ground pork, braised pork shoulder, onions, potatoes, and mushrooms. They’re sold frozen and need only to be brushed with an egg wash before being popped in the oven in time for your Christmas réveillon.

In addition to tourtière, the festive pop-up will offer foie gras terrine, house-made ketchup, apple jelly, and more.
