Au Pied de Cochon tourtières will be for sale in Toronto for one day only
You can now order tourtières direct from Montreal for the holidays.
Montreal’s acclaimed restaurant Au Pied de Cochon is now taking pre-orders for their namesake meat pies available for pick-up on Saturday, December 17 at 356 Eastern Avenue.
The PDC tourtière sells for $23 and will feed four to eight.
It’s crafted inside a buttery pie crust pastry, its filling comprises ground pork and braised pork shoulder with onions, potatoes and mushrooms.
Stock up on seasonal delicacies while you’re at it. The restaurant is also selling its house-made ketchup ($5.50), foie gras terrine ($23) and apple jelly ($5.50) while they’re in town for a single day.
