Tasty Thursdays

Last call for Tasty Thursdays! The City Hall event has been running all summer, and features delicious foods in time for lunch, along with live music. This is the last Tasty Thursday this summer. Sad face.

INDULGE at David Pecaut Square

Or if you’re further downtown, check out the last few weeks of INDULGE. The David Pecaut Square event transforms the area into place of sounds, sights, and flavours. Today’s music will be presented by Donne Roberts.

Arctic Home: Stories of Hope & Courage

Oscar-winning actress and activist Emma Thompson is in town for a night of stories as well as digital and art installations that will allow you to witness the breathtaking beauty of the Arctic and facts about climate change. Hosted by Greenpeace Canada.

Movies in St. James Park

As past of Beatles 50 T.O week, Movies in St. James Park will present an outdoor screening of A Hard Day’s Night – the classic Beatles film. The Rattles will also play a pre-screening concert at 8 p.m.

Paddle Royale

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Toronto Young Leaders are hosting a ping pong tournament that supports programs for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Toronto. Beers, raffles, surprises, and lots of ping pong.
