20 YYC food trucks to find at Picnic in the Park
While you might have the May Long Weekend on your mind, if you can get your tastebuds zeroed in on where you’re going to eat the last weekend in May, consider hitting up Picnic in the Park, where YYC Food Trucks has wrangled 20 local favourites on wheels to tempt your tummies.
YYC Food Trucks has just revealed the 2017 Picnic in the Park lineup, and it’s got you covered from BBQ to sweet treats and a whole lot of fusion and fun flavours in-between.

You’ll find 20 different food trucks spread out over the May 27 and 28 weekend, with some trucks pulling up for two days, like Ms. Mac & Cheese, Dumpling Hero, Calgary Mini Donuts, and Happy Fish, and others just there for one day, like Sugar Cube, Jane Bond, Zilford’s Fried Chicken.

Now you can plan out when you’ll be able to get your gelato scoops, kimchi fries, and squealwiches and enjoy them in the sunshine (fingers crossed it will be sunny). You’ll find Picnic in the Park in Bridgeland at Murdoch Park, and admission is just a cool fiver (kids under 14 get in for free).
