Following their record-breaking performance in South Korea, Tessa and Scott have kept themselves busy. They not only announced they would be joining the cross-country skating tour Stars on Ice, Tessa was also just named NIVEA’s first-ever Canadian brand ambassador.
And soon the pair will be heading out to Los Angeles, where they’ll be guests on The Ellen Show.
Seriously, what could be cooler than that?
Maybe if Ryan Reynolds was also a guest on the show that day and Tessa and Scott could finally discuss their retirement plans and how they’re going to raise Reynolds’ kids.
On Monday afternoon, Ellen’s executive producer Ed Glavin announced their upcoming appearance on Twitter.
Attention Canadian @TheEllenShow fans! With thanks to @Jen_Birmingham & her friend @andylassner, your Canadian skating icons @tessavirtue & @ScottMoir will be on the show airing next Tues., 3/20 #virtuemoir https://t.co/CZBya3QF9a

Tessa was quick to share the good news with fans, adding that the pair is currently training for their big entrance for the show. Ellen was quick to reply, asking Tessa for the pair’s entrance music.

Just tell me what music you want. I’m ready.

Now, in true Ellen fashion, you can expect that she’ll have plenty of surprises in store for Tessa and Scott.
The show has put on some crazy performances before, which has us wondering if they’ll ask the pair to perform something. If so, would Ellen also suit up in spandex and join the performance?
Or perhaps they’ll skip the ice and Ellen will ask Tessa and Scott to perform one of their impressive dance routines? Because let’s face it, we all know how much Ellen loves to dance on her show.
The duo had so much chemistry at the Pyeongchang Olympic Games they were dubbed the “greatest Olympic love story” even though they have yet to confirm if they’re actually dating.
Because of this, we’re sure Ellen will be quick to ask what their situation is. Maybe they’ll surprise everyone by confirming what a lot of people have been thinking: that they’re in love and are finally dating.
Either way, you’re going to want to set your PVR’s and calendar reminders for March 20 because you’re not going to want to miss this.
The Ellen Show airs weekdays at 4 pm EST on CTV.
