Calgary enjoy sounds of Caribbean with ReggaeFest 2017 this weekend

Are you a Rastagarian? If you’re not already, you will be after this weekend.

ReggaeFest 2017 will bring laid back rhythms and island spices to Calgary August 18 and 19.

The music festival, which will take place at Shaw Millennium Park, aims to promote reggae music and Caribbean culture.

Other attractions include a Village Brewery beer garden, food trucks, and on Saturday afternoon, there’ll be a Kidz Zone, offering face painting, crafts and games.

Festival entrance is at the NE corner of Shaw Millennium Park.
