New 17th Ave bar will have the street's first dog-friendly patio
There’s a new bar coming to one of Calgary’s main strips, and it’s opening soon.
Located 520 17th Avenue SW, the former space of Immaculate Concept tattoo parlour, One Night Stan’s promises to be a bar room and divery with good eats, quality drinks, and a laid-back atmosphere.

The interior is giving us throwback vibes with the coloured plastic light, neon signs, and an old-school wooden bar complete with a couple of TVs.
While no opening date has been announced yet, we do know that the new bar will boast 17th Avenue’s first real dog-friendly patio – aka this is our new favourite spot in the area.
It’s set to “open soon,” so we’ll keep you posted on an exact opening date.
