They are the largest wholesaler of vintage ugly Christmas sweaters in North America. You can either buy online or stop by their Main Street shop where the sweaters are already on the floor.

The Ugly Christmas Sweater Stand

A sort of pop-up shop usually opens on the corner of Granville and Georgia each December selling a variety of cheap-ish sweaters right on the street. Keep your eyes peeled.


Ugly Christmas sweaters seem unlikely at the very stylish Nordstrom, but there are several “faux real” (and very real) options for women and men looking to get ugly this season. Call ahead to make sure they have your choice, or order online.

Hudson’s Bay

Yes, even the Bay is in on the ugly Christmas sweater act. From a Christmas emoji sweater to a holiday cat greeting sweater, you’re bound to find something festive here.

This little shop is said to have a good selection of ugly Christmas sweaters, and if you can’t find exactly what you’re looking for you can always use their image transferring services to print your own design on one of their sweatshirts.

Cherry Bomb

This small store, a part of the Bang-On group, has a huge selection of Christmas ugliness for you to peruse, from sequinned red cardies with festive pom poms, to blue sweater vests boasting scenes of the North Pole.

London Drugs

Surprisingly, London Drugs are now selling ugly Christmas sweaters too, although we’re not sure how big the selection is. Definitely worth popping in for a peek!

Your closet + Michael’s

Dig up any old knit sweater from your closet, then hit up your closest Michael’s craft store and go to town on tinsel, glitter, fabric paint, ornaments and basically anything else you can stick onto a sweater.
