If you’re looking for house or apartment to rent in Vancouver, this Instagram account will tell you all the places to avoid.

The individual who runs the ‘Wtfvanrental’ says they are documenting “all the crazy rentals [they] find while searching for affordable and accessible housing.”

“No one should be forced to be homeless or live in these,” it reads on the account’s description.

Take a look at some of the city’s strangest rentals on the market:

There’s this place in North Burnaby that only wants you if you’re a vegan and you are mostly “Whole Foods based”

Only $560 per month to share this living room with another person!

For just $1800 per month and you can sleep on this porch in Yaletown

If you like sleeping really close to someone this cozy room is just $350!

You have to enter this unit through the garage, there is “no cooking allowed,” and there is no laundry included…but hey it’s just $475 a month so why not, right?

This is a nice…attic

You get a mattress on the floor for $900 in Gastown!

And if worst comes to worst, this couch is available and it’s close to the beach!
