Police investigating early morning West Broadway shooting

A broken window at a West Broadway business early Friday morning was determined to be the result of gunfire early Friday morning.

Around 5 am, police were called to a business located at 3263 West Broadway following a report of breaking glass.

Officers arrived at the scene to find the front window of Kingdom Photo broken. Upon investigation, they determined the damage was the result of gunfire.

“Investigators will be at the scene throughout the morning working to determine a motive for the shooting,” the VPD said in a release.
