Vancouver is getting its first podcast festival next month

Calling all Podcast enthusiasts.

The inaugural Vancouver Podcast Festival is taking place from November 8 to 10.

This brand new festival is dedicated to highlighting the “power of podcasting” as a non-fiction media.

Presented by DOXA, the festival features three days of panels, hands-on workshops, and live podcast presentations and tapings.

The live shows feature some of the most recognized names in podcasting as they perform and talk about their creative process. Live shows will be taking place at the Rio Theatre and CBC Studio 700, during every day of the festival. Check out the full live show schedule here.
