Stop Overdose Surrey: Connection Saves Lives
- What: Stop Overdose Surrey: Connection Saves Lives is a series of events happening across Surrey that will provide information for the general public on how to be a part of the solution to the opioid overdose crisis. Attendees will learn how to reduce the stigma and isolation that are driving the overdose crisis and how to have compassionate conversations related to substance use with family, friends and colleagues. Attendees will also hear Kajan Johnson’s story of perseverance and how he became a mixed martial arts star. Take Home Naloxone kits and training will also be available.

High Tea For Hospice

- What: Celebrate an early Mother’s Day at this special fundraiser for the Surrey Hospice Society. At High Tea For Hospice, guests can expect delicious teas, refreshments, fine china, special linens, the sounds of harp and violin, and flowers arranged with love.

“Perk Up, Pianist!”
- What: Sarah Hagen pairs anecdotes with music to transform from her role as an award-winning concert pianist into a stand-up, or rather sit-down, comedian. Through awkward but heartfelt storytelling, Sarah shares the ups and downs of life as a touring musician on the lookout for love, and her belief that ultimately, in some way, there is a pianist inside all of us.

Clayton Community Farmers’ Market

Mother’s Day at The Glades Garden

130th Annual Cloverdale Rodeo & Country Fair

Tagore Spring Festival 2018
- What: The 4th Annual Tagore Spring Festival is a multicultural celebration of spring through live music, dance and poetry. The event is inspired by Nobel-laureate Rabindranath Tagore’s idea of cultural diversity and pluralism.
