Vancouver is getting a gourmet take-out pasta bar soon

It feels like Italian restaurants have been opening every other day recently in Vancouver (not that we’re complaining) and the city is about to get another one.

The Sauce is a new pasta cafe coming to the West End – 861 Denman Street to be exact – and it’s opening as soon as June.

The new eatery will specialize in high-end pasta, but at a take-out price. The Sauce will offer pasta for those on the go, without compromising on quality or taste.

This gourmet pasta bar will be open seven days a week. We’ll keep you posted on an exact opening date.
