Rice Burger is opening their first brick and mortar location in August
You’ve been able to order Japanese-style burgers from Rice Burger for delivery for while now, but in the very near future you’ll be able to grab grub from this UBC student favourite in their brand new brick and mortar location.

Located at 2630 Sasamat Street, Rice Burger is replacing Sasamat Pizza in the Point Grey area near UBC, and it’s set to open at the end of August.
Rice Burger is known for offering patrons multiple varieties of their specialty including Spicy Chicken Katsu, Chicken Katsu, Spam Musubi, Beef Yakiniku, Korean Spicy Pork, and Popcorn Chicken for a price wont break the bank.
One of these babies usually goes for just under $6 – the most expensive one is $5.50.
This cheap eats spot will be open from 11 am to 8 pm daily, and you can still order delivery or organize catering with them too.
While customers have been waiting a minute for Rice Burger to open their doors (initial opening was mid to late June) it looks like the space will be worth the wait.
We’ll keep you posted with an official opening date.
