There’s a new spot to stop in while you’re out shopping in Gastown this month. A Kombucha Pop-Up Shop is pouring all December, with kombucha on tap along with other local artisan foods and goods.

Put on by kombucha brand Nineteen02 (which originally hails from Gibsons), the shop, located at 430 Homer Street, the pop-up shop has six rotating taps for kombucha pours, including some of their “12 kombuchas of Christmas” flavours (chocolate orange, for example).

Additionally, customers will find hand-blended local teas from Nineteen02, alongside goods from Whisk Match, The Good Oak Soap, CraftedVan, Eve’s crackers, and Spread-Em.

The space gives the Nineteen02 team a venue for assembling great food and health-focused gift baskets for holiday giving, as well as different teaching sessions from the vendors, such as Matcha Ceremonies, candle making sessions, yoga,  and Kombucha classes.

“We are so excited to bring this great little shop to Vancouver over the Christmas season,” says Nineteen02’s CEO and Co-Founder, Timothy P. Hill, via email.
