Scaredy-cats beware: Fright Nights is back for another year

Sep 23 2016, 5:08 am

Get your ghoul on. Fright Nights at Playland is back on October 7, promising another year of frightful fun.

With seven haunted houses and 15 thrilling rides, you can choose between several options, finding the perfect attraction to suit your mental capacity for fear. Test your fear of clowns in Fright Nights’ Car-n-Evil, or stick to the traditional and sinister Haunted Mansion.

Fright Nights is also showcasing two live shows: The Monsters of Schlock, a comedy team devoted to slapstick stunts, and Radiant Heat Fire Troupe, a rhythmic dance group that plays with fire.

Ticket prices and open hours vary – tickets must be purchased for the individual night. Buy online or at a 7-Eleven in the Lower Mainland to receive $3 off the ticket price.

You also have the option to purchase a Rapid Pass, which provides faster access to all seven haunted houses and the top five rides.

For the opening weekend only, you can get into Fright Nights for only $22 online ($25 at the gate). Please note Monsters of Schlock will not be performing October 7 to 9.

What are you waiting for? Purchase your tickets online, or visit Fright Nights’ website for more information. You can stay in the know via FacebookInstagram, and Twitter.
