And now it’s about to get even better because Vancouver’s new curator of one-time interactive dining experiences, U-Feast, has teamed up with barbecue experts Memphis Blues to host the ultimate event – the BBQ Test Kitchen.
You can go along to Memphis Blues on Commercial Drive this coming Wednesday, October 25 for a special five-course, off-menu evening of down south eats. During the feast the smokehouse owners, George and Park, will personally walk you through the wonders of their cuisine as you take a trip to the past with some barbecue dishes dishes from the good ole days.
You’ll gather around communal tables with old friends and new for a feast that’s about more than just great food as it’s paired with local craft beers from Russell Brewing Company.
The best part is that all of your food, drinks, and gratuity are covered in the cost of your ticket. So you can literally go to the event with $20 and you’ll likely come home with change.
Tickets for this one-time barbecue bonanza cost $55 each and you can purchase yours via via U-Feast. Make sure to snap up your ticket at least 24 hours before the event to avoid disappointment. Oh, and you might want to wear stretchy pants to this feast, too.
