Justin Trudeau was on a casual jog on the Stanley Park seawall yesterday when he passed by a group of teens getting ready to head to prom.

It made for a great photobomb, as the promgoers looked a little oblivious to the fact that the prime minister was running right by them.

But, the story doesn’t end there.

Trudeau didn’t just pass by without taking a proper photo. The prime minister stopped and took an epic picture with the group of teens, who were dressed to the nines.

As it turned out, the boys pictured are from Vancouver College, an all-boys private Catholic school in the Shaughnessy neighbourhood.

Trudeau seemed to fit right into the picture. He was a French and mathematics teacher at Vancouver’s West Point Grey Academy and Churchill high school before getting into politics.
