At some point as soccer fans we’ve all thought we could do a better job than the manager of our favourite club. United London FC have gone the extra step and actually eliminated the manager from their club and let the fans select the players for each and every match through a very clever system of voting.

This week we are joined by United London FC chairman Mark North, who is here to introduce us to his club and the concept of running a managerless team.

Over the next hour you’ll learn the story behind the ULFC and how you can join thousands of other managers from all over the world and get involved in this truly unique club.
