Pinball Expo with 100 machines returns to downtown Vancouver this weekend

If you consider yourself a “Pinball Wizard,” the Holiday Inn & Suites in downtown Vancouver is the place to be this weekend.

Featuring everything from “vintage arcade classics” to the latest “cutting edge technology,” the hotel will play host to the second-annual Vancouver FlipOut Pinball Expo.

The three-day event will also feature over 100 pinball machines set to free play—with some of the machines dating back as far as 1947.

There will also be competitive and amateur tournaments, special guests, and more for attendees to check out.

The first Vancouver FlipOut Pinball Expo was held in September 2016 and the event’s founder, Tommy Floyd, called the event “a magnificent gathering of pinheads from around the world.”

Now, with the return of the event this weekend, organizers are once again encouraging “pinheads” to come check it out.

Time: 10 am to 11:45 pm Friday and Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm Sunday

Where: Holiday Inn & Suites – 1110 Howe Street, Vancouver

Admission: $60 for a weekend pass, $25 for Friday, $30 for Saturday, and $20 for Sunday
