Experience self-love at Hungry for Happiness this April

The Hungry for Happiness girls are back in town for a live event on April 8 and 9.

Creators of the two day body and self-love experience, Samantha Skelly and Jennifer Mansell, are aiming to help one million women end dieting by 2020.

Their Hungry For Happiness event has been created to help women transform their emotions before transforming their bodies.

“It’s time for a radical change in the weight loss industry, we need to stop putting ‘bandaids on bullet wounds’ with restrictive diets and look at the internal issues as to why the world is overweight and overwhelmed,” says Samantha Skelly.

According to the founders, women often carry emotional baggage with them throughout their lives and this can result in weight gain. Hence, getting rid of the baggage is the stepping stone to lifting the extra weight.

During the two day event, attendees will be taken through the topic of food as a drug, discovering the core issue and healing it from the inside out. Once this is done, it’s easier to stop using food like a drug so realistic weight release can start to take place.

Skelly says that attendees will be empowered after attending the Hungry for Happiness event. This involves learning about tangible, actionable, along with transformational tools and strategies to help them effectively break free from vicious diet/binge cycles.

According to Skelly, guests will leave the event free from being a victim of the 80 billion dollar weight loss industry.
